The therapies I draw upon have an experiential, body orientated focus including; emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and transpersonal art therapy. Where behavioural based therapy can assist in creating new ways, I can utilise mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCBT).
All these therapies are founded on me being genuine and present to you, hearing you and supporting you towards the change you desire.
Energy Psychology is combination of mind-body therapies to understand and improve health and wellbeing.
Energy psychology explores the relationship between mind, body, emotions, behaviours and bioenergy systems (meridians, biofields and chakras).
The energy psychology therapies I offer include Hypnotherapy, timeline and regression therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), inner child work and Reiki.

Tania is truly a miracle worker. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be able to play sports again when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2002. I was in excruciating pain and at one point I even needed help dressing myself. I was no longer able to play volleyball or tennis which I had done since I was a teenager. Even a brisk walk was painful. I continued living my life with physical & emotional pain until I met Tania in 2011.
With Tania’s help & guidance I was able to work through some very painful issues that I had emotionally held onto for almost 30 years.
